4. Membership and Payment Terms

• Membership Fees: SpeakUpLink charges a membership fee based on the chosen subscription level. All fees are listed in USD and may vary by subscription tier.
• Automatic Renewal: Membership fees will renew automatically unless canceled by the member before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize SpeakUpLink to process your membership payment according to the plan you selected.
• No Refunds: SpeakUpLink does not offer refunds after the service has been accessed or utilized in any capacity. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing member directories, receiving email newsletters, or using any provided resources or opportunities. Membership fees are non-refundable, and any disputes regarding service usage will be subject to review but do not guarantee reimbursement.

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by SpeakUpLink are the property of BrimbleCorp Pty Ltd. Members are granted limited access to this content solely for personal use and may not distribute, copy, modify, or use it for any commercial purpose without written permission from BrimbleCorp Pty Ltd.
